Soria Wins at Showdown Versus Banuelos

Frederic Soria was the first to act and chose to raise to 800. Anthony Banuelos made the call out of the cutoff, and Eric Welch defended his big blind to create a three-handed pot.

The J♥5♥10♠ flop was checked by Welch and Soria. Banuelos opted to put chips in the middle with a bet of 1,800. Welch folded, but Soria made the call.

Soria checked again on the 7♦ turn. Banuelos kept up the pressure with a bet of 2,500. Soria was undeterred and made another call.

Both players checked the 8♠ river to go to a showdown.

Banuelos showed 6♥6♦ for a pair of sixes, but it was no good as Soria tabled K♥10♦ for a pair of tens to claim the pot.
