Action went heads-up to a flop of 8♣5♥3♦ in a hand between Hanunyah Fish in the hijack and the player in the big blind.
The big blind led out for 2,000 and Fish called, bringing the 3♥ turn where the big blind bet 2,000 again. Fish called.
On the 9♥ river, the big blind bet 2,000 for the third time and Fish called once more. Fish tabled 7♠7♦ for two pair, sevens and treys, besting the K♣5♣ of the big blind.

PokerNews caught up with Josh Finnigan, a local player from El Reno, Oklahoma who took town the $300 One Day NLH Ring Event last night for $4,673. What makes his achievement even more impressive is that it was the first RunGood event he had ever played.
"This is my second circuit type event. I've been to the WSOP down at Durant, played in the main event there, didn't do so well. And then had the opportunity to come up here and got in yesterday, got in the tournament, and just ran really well. This organization (RunGood), it's the first time I've ever played with them, but definitely well run tournaments. I will be back and look forward to maybe coming out to California."
Finnigan went on to explain that his background in poker revolves more around using it as a tool to give back to his community and those in need.
"I do a charity poker tournament every year right after Thanksgiving that we do for Toys for Tots for The Lord's Harvest, which is a food bank. So I'm really involved with the community and do a lot with trying to provide needs to those that are less fortunate. Poker's been an avenue that has allowed me to do that."
Now that Finnigan has a win under his belt in a more competitive environment, he will certainly be a player to look out for here in the Main Event and at future RunGood stops.

Smith didn't slow down and bet 12,000, prompting Hodges to toss his cards into the muck.
