Greg Jennings

Greg Jennings jammed for 38,000 from the button, and Benjamin Hood called in the small blind.

Greg Jennings: {j-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}
Benjamin Hood: {4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}

Jennings pulled in front on the {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{2-Spades} flop, but the {4-Spades} turn gave Hood a set and left Jennings drawing dead to the {a-Diamonds} river.

Watters Gets Aces Cracked By Hinkle

Level 17 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Bob Watters
Bob Watters

(As told to PokerNews by RGPS VP of Media Hayley Hochstetler)

After a raise to 20,000 from a player in middle position, Grant Hinkle three-bet shoved for 90,000 in the cutoff, and Bob Watters four-bet shoved for more in the small blind, chasing the rest of the field out.

Grant Hinkle: {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}
Bob Watters: {a-Spades}{a-}

Hinkle picked up four outs on the {k-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop, but bricked the {10-Hearts} turn. Watters couldn't fade the {q-Clubs} river, however, and Hinkle doubled up with Broadway.

Benjamin Hood bet 30,000 into a pot of 100,000 from the big blind on a {6-Hearts}{3-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} board, and Ron Koenemann jammed to put Hood at risk for his last 230,000.

"Nothin'," Koenemann said, showing {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}. Hood tabled {10-Spades}{5-Clubs} for tens-up, and secured the hefty double.

Joshua Zurn checked a {q-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{6-Hearts} flop from the big blind, and preflop raiser Anthony Scarborough bet 53,000 in middle position. Michael Briggs raised to 140,000 on the button, and Zurn three-bet shoved for 650,000.

Michael Briggs

As James Shearer was going bust at an outer table, Joseph Sutliff jammed for 200,000 from the cutoff, and Michael Briggs had him at risk from the button.

Joseph Sutliff: {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Michael Briggs: {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}

Sutliff couldn't find a queen on a {a-Spades}{8-Clubs}{5-Spades}{8-Hearts}{4-Clubs} runout and hit the rail. As he walked to the payout desk, Jose Bermudes joined him, as a slew of players all found themselves out of chips in quick succession.
