Fintan Hand
Fintan Hand

Fintan "easywithaces" Hand opened for 7,000 from the hijack and was called by Luigi “Il-Giuglia” D'Alterio in the big blind.

D'Alterio checked after the {6-Clubs}{6-Spades}{k-Spades} came on the flop and Hand bet 5,805. D'Alterio raised to 14,022 and Hand called.

D'Alterio bet 18,640 after the {8-Hearts} came on the turn and Hand called.

The {q-Hearts} completed the board on the river. D'Alterio fired out for more than the 39,693 Hand had behind. Hand made the call and his tournament was over after he turned over {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} for top two pair only to lose to trips held by his opponent with {6-Hearts}{2-Hearts}.

Fintan Hand eliminated from the Warm-Up.

Holz Chipping Up

Level 11 : 1,750/3,500, 450 ante

Fedor "CrownUpGuy" Holz is mostly on retirement from poker. Except when he's not during big events like the SCOOP at PokerStars.

So far so good for Holz.

In a recent hand, he opened up for 7,525 and got calls from Benjamin “BC1989RF” Chalot on the button and Gary "quiditbear" Hasson in the big blind.

Flop: {3-Spades}{j-Spades}{a-Spades}

Hasson checked. Holz bet 8,657 and got a call from Chalot and a fold from Hasson.

The {9-Clubs} came on the turn and Holz fired out for 29,405. Chalot paused for a little bit before he made the fold.
