Holz Sighted Making a Straight

Level 13 : 2,500/5,000, 625 ante

"iamivar" opened the action with a raise to 10,000 in the cutoff and was three-bet to 27,500 by Fedor "CrownUpGuy" Holz, who was on the button. Both players in the blinds folded and "iamivar" called, taking action heads up to a flop of {8-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{7-Spades}. Both players checked.

The turn came {6-Spades} and "iamivar" bet 32,500. Holz made the call and the river fell {7-Diamonds}. "iamivar" made just under a pot-sized shove of 126,000 and Holz made the call.

Botteon Makes the Correct Call

Level 12 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
"botteonpoker"
"botteonpoker"

Brunno "botteonpoker" Botteon saw action folded to him in the small blind and pumped it up to 14,000. "RPILON" defended their big blind and the two saw the flop come {9-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}. Botteon checked to his opponent, who bet 12,750 and was called.

Botteon checked again on the turn {q-Clubs} and called another bet of 22,750, bringing the river {k-Spades}. Botteon checked again and his opponent went all in for 83,500. Botteon thought for some time, activating his time bank to consider his decision. Eventually, he committed to a call.

"RPILON": {a-Clubs}{4-Hearts}
Brunno "botteonpoker" Botteon: {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}

Botteon's call with kings and queens proved to be right as he caught his opponent bluffing with ace high. The pot was sent Botteon's way and "RPILON" was eliminated from the tournament.

Spinella Holds In Fun Fashion, Continues Climbing

Level 12 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
Anthony Spinella
Anthony Spinella

Anthony "holdplz" Spinella opened the action with a raise to 7,350 in early position and was called by both Javier "que_te_crio" Fernandez in the hijack and Rens "Rens02" Feenstra, who was on the button. "donut604" then three-bet jammed for 254,000.

Spinella called all in for less and both Fernandez and Feenstra folded, prompting the cards to be shown.

Anthony "holdplz" Spinella: {j-Hearts}{j-Spades}
"donut604": {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}

Spinella found himself way out in front but the flop came {3-Spades}{3-Hearts}{10-Spades} to give his opponent a flopped full house. All of a sudden, he was in trouble and the turn {q-Hearts} was of no help. However, the river was a miraculous {j-Clubs} to give Spinella a higher full house and score him the double and take his stack up to 376,000.

In the following few hands, Spinella was further able to chip up and now finds himself nearing a half-million.
