Day 1 of the two-day PokerStars SCOOP-33-M: $1,050 Thrusday Thrill is about to start at 1 p.m. Eastern Time, featuring a whopping $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool.

One of the biggest weekly tournaments on PokerStars, gets a special treatment with the same buy-in but with an inflated prize pool, around four times its original $250k guaranteed just as it is used to happen during big festivals like the Spring Championship of Online Poker. This will be one of the three Thursday Thrill events that were scheduled during SCOOP, and the only with a $1k buy-in, since the first one had a $2,100 buy-in and the last will cost $530 for those who want to enter next week.

Each player will receive a starting stack of 100,000 chips and Day 1 will play for eight hours and fifty minutes in 20-minute levels, before the action gets paused only to resume on Friday, May 8th for the conclusion of the event.

The first blind level is the 250/500 with a 60-chip ante, and late registration will remain open for four hours and twenty-five minutes.
