Extended PokerStars 2020 SCOOP Coverage Continues at 1 PM with 85-H: $1,050 PKO Thursday Thrill SE

When PokerStars announced that they would be extending the 2020 Spring Championship of Online Poker, this also meant that the PokerNews live coverage of would continue along. The SCOOP 85-H:$1,050 PKO Thursday Thrill SEis the first tournament that is part of the extended coverage and it comes with a beautiful guarantee of $1,000,000.

With almost 250 SCOOP champions already having been crowned, many more will follow in the coming weeks. Connor "blanconegro" Drinan has won a record-breaking five titles already during this year's series and will probably be looking for more. Even though he has won them all in non-NLHE events, maybe this is the one where he will win one in the most popular game format of all. But there are many more possible contenders looking to win a title while there are more SCOOP events coming up so who knows.

Players will get 100,000 chips for their $1,050 buy-in and play 20-minute levels throughout this 2-day event. There will be a 5-minute break every hour at 55 minutes past the hour and Day 1 will end after 8 hours and 50 minutes of play. No reentries are possible and late registration is allowed for the first four hours and ten minutes of the day.

As this is a progressive knockout tournament, all players will start with a bounty of $500. Every time a player has been eliminated, 50% of their bounty will be given of the player who eliminated them and the other 50% will be added to their own bounty. Players can earn a minimum bounty of $250,
