The SCOOP-H Main Event is currently in its fifth level with 297 players remaining from a field of 323, with late registration still open.
PokerStars Ambassadors Rafael "GM_VALTER" Moraes is currently 18th in chips and he is joined in the Main Event field by Fintan "easywithaces" Hand, Ramon "RamonColillas" Colillas, Lex "L. Veldhuis" Veldhuis and Sam "SamSquid" Grafton.
Everything seems to be going well for the five ambassadors, with only Veldhuis and Grafton below the starting stack of 250,000 chips.
With the tournament lobby showing 281 of 377 entries remaining in the $10,300 SCOOP Main Event, the leader is none other than Jerry "Perrymejsen" Odeen.
His name may be familiar to SCOOP aficionados as he's won three titles already this year, including one yesterday in SCOOP 110-H: $1,050 NLO8.
The others came in SCOOP 30-M: $33 NLHE [The Copacabana Unlimited] and SCOOP 60-M: $109 Razz — can he add the Main Event title to his SCOOP resume?
In the 831st episode of the PokerNews Podcast, which is sponsored by PokerStars, Chad Holloway and Kyna England are joined by Nikki Limo, who is filling in for Mike Holtz, at Level 9 Studio in Las Vegas to talk about her time as the Loose Cannon on the PokerStars Big Game. The first two episodes recently dropped featuring Limo squaring off against Phil Hellmuth, Alex Keating, Arden Cho, Lex Veldhuis, and Jennifer Tilly.
Limo discusses how she got cast for the show, what happened when she played "Two Truths and a Bluff," and then Kyna & Chad surprise her by offering up some bluffs of their own. Limo also delves into a big hand that she played against the "Poker Brat" that went poker viral.
The crew then talked about the 2024 World Series of Poker (WSOP) being less than a week away, and take a look at some of the "Best Without a Bracelet" including Maria Ho, Seth Davies, and Bin Weng, just to name a few. Plus, will Phil Ivey be at the 2024 WSOP? Find out what the hosts think in this episode.
Finally, Kyna and Nikki play a game of #PokerThrift in which they have to guess whether or not Chad bought some random poker items he found in secondhand stores in Las Vegas. Oh, and there's a preview of Raminder Singh's appearance on PokerNews' Life Outside Poker show hosted by Connor Richards.

That $2 million prize pool is set to grow with late registration still open for another 18 hours. There are currently just under 7,000 players remaining and they include PokerStars Ambassador Lex Veldhuis who sits inside the top 1,000.
While the Day 1s of the SCOOP Main Events are winding down, we're here to tell you that there's still time to get involved on PokerStars. Late registration and re-entry is available until the start of Day 2.
That means that satellites and Power Path routes into the Main Event are still open! Be sure to head to the PokerStars client to find out more information!
The 2024 edition of the Grosvenor Poker Goliath is only weeks away with the first of eighth flights scheduled to shuffle up and deal on July 27. The Goliath has gone from strength to strength since its launch in 2011, and everything points to the 2024 Goliath being the biggest ever.
Grosvenor Poker estimates the Goliath prize pool will weigh in at around £1.5 million despite each flight only costing £200 to enter. One of the reasons the prize pool is thought to climb so high is Grosvenor Poker and PokerStars joining forces, with PokerStars supporting the iconic live event through online satellites.
