Stempien With Another Big Stack

We noticed than John Stempien's chip stack had grown since we last saw it and he told us how he doubled up against Bob Kieh. Stempien said he four-bet shoved for around 80,000 with pocket kings and Kiehl called with king-ten, and Stempien had Kiehl drawing dead by the turn.

Stempien, who spent much of Event #3 as the chip leader before finishing in sixth place, is now among the leaders in the Main Event.
