There's been some confusion about the plan for tonight, so here's the breakdown:
The day will end when the field is whittled down to 12% (29 players) or when there is 20 minutes left in Level 15, whichever comes first. Day 1a ended with 20 minutes remaining in Level 15 and therefore that is the plan scheduled for tonight.
If the field is reduced to 29 players today, the action will resume tomorrow at noon with 20 minutes remaining in Level 15 for players from both flights.
The 369 Main Event entries created a prize pool if $195,847, nearly doubling the $100,000 guarantee. The top 36 spots will get a minimum of $1,391, and the eventual winner will take home a top prize of $47,000.
Here's a look at the payouts for the 2014 Summer Slam Main Event:
With 55,000 in the pot preflop and the board showing , action checked to Bruce Pace and he moved all in for around 50,000. Marcy Jo Penkalski called, and Jonathan Dimmig reshoved from directly behind. Penkalski called all in, and a massive pot was up for grabs between the three players.

Penkalski:
Dimmig had a stranglehold on the hand with his top set, and the turn and river secured the pot for the WSOP Millionaire Maker champ. Dimmig is the new leader with close to 245,000.
Jimmy Thomson opened to 4,200 from the hijack and Dave Olshan shoved for 21,500 from the cutoff. Action folded to Sonny Rattan in the big blind and he reshoved for 33,000. Thomson folded and the cards went on their backs.

The board ran out clean for Olshan and he doubled to 50,000. The table broke two hands later.
The registration and re-entry period is closed for the Main Event. The 239 entries for today's tournament brings the two-day total to 369. We'll have the official payout information as soon as it is made available!
