Slow and Low That is the Tempo

Level 4 : 100/200, 25 ante
Scott Hasbach
Scott Hasbach

It has been a slow and steady climb up the leaderboard for Scott Hasbach so far in this flight.

He's managed to double his stack, but did so the hard way, one small pot at a time.

As the field heads into the first short break of the flight, Hasbach sits among the biggest stacks in a room full of 109 entries.

The Final Flight in Summer Slam's $50,000 Guaranteed $200 No-Limit Hold'em Starts Now!

The 2016 Seneca Niagara Falls Summer Slam continues this evening with the fourth and final starting flight in the $50,000 Guaranteed Event #2 $200 No-Limit Hold'em.

The event allows for registration and unlimited reentry up until the start of Level 9. Players from previous flights can still play even if they bagged up, carrying their best stack forward to Day 2.

Players will begin with 15,000-chip stacks and the levels will be 30 minutes in length. Each starting flight will play the first 14 levels or until 12 percent of the field remains.

The Niagara Falls Poker Room has a long history of smashing the guarantee in these multi-starting-flight unlimited-reentry events and there's no sweat here, as they surpassed the guarantee in the third flight.

A total of 64 players are already through to Day 2 Sunday, where the survivors of all four flights will combine and play down to a winner.

Steven Chepurny (219,000) is currently the leader in the clubhouse.
