The first of four starting flights in the 2016 Seneca Niagara Falls Summer Slam Event #2: $200 No-Limit Hold'em with a $50,000 guarantee drew 106 entries on Friday.
By the time 14 levels of play were through, a total of 18 players pushed on to Day 2 Sunday, where the field will combine and play down to a winner.
Adam Foster (188,400) bagged the chip lead finishing the flight on a heater. Jeff White (179,000) also bagged big after running good all day.
The second starting flight will go off at 6 p.m. Friday evening, and there are two more flights set for 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday. Stay tuned to PokerNews as the 2016 Seneca Niagara Falls Summer Slam continues.

Cameron Bartolotta open-shoved late for under 25,000 and Tony Dojka looked him up on the button. Burt Kopaskie then ripped it in from the big blind for a little more and Dojka called.

The board rolled out with Bartolotta's set of kings taking the main pot. Kopaskie managed to win the side versus Dojka, but gave the chips right back when he called off with versus Dojka's sevens a hand later and missed.

In a hand that wrapped up at the end of Level 12, Adam Foster cooled off John Araujo to take the chip lead.
Araujo flopped top two on a board and Foster got it in with top set. Araujo was left with a few chips and two levels to try and rebuild while Foster will be looking to pad the lead before bagging.

Kristan Mackiewicz laid down two queens to a four-bet shove earlier, and had been barely surviving ever since.

White had pocket aces and was pushing close to 80,000 in chips when Randy Lingenfelter raised it up to 4,500 and he defended his big blind.
