Déjà Vu
Level 8
: 300/600, 75 ante
Stop me if you heard this one before, but it appears Cheektowaga, NY poker phenom Alex Visbisky has taken hold of the chip lead headed into the break before the dinner break.
As mentioned previously, Visbisky led after the first flight in this very event last year. He did bubble the money giving away that lead to eventual winner Dan Wagner in 2016, but that's a whole other story he'd rather we didn't mention.
In this one, Visbisky has just become the first player past the 100,000-chip mark and will cruise into the break with designs on getting it up somewhere near the 434,000 he put in the bag on the first day of the Seneca Fall Poker Classic Main Event last year.
