Spears Building a Stack After Break

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

The board read {k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{7-Hearts} with 26,000 in the pot when Andy Spears found himself all in for his 37,200 stack and with a caller. His opponent tabled {k-Spades}{q-Spades} for top pair, Spears turned over {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts} for a flush and straight draw.

The turn did not give him a flush or straight but it did move him ahead when the {a-Diamonds} hit the table. The {5-Hearts} on the river added insult to injury as he improved even more, hitting his flush and securing a full double up through his opponent.
