Day 1a of $50,000 Guaranteed $200 Hold'em Event Kicks off at 10 a.m.

The first two starting flights of Event #2: $200 No-Limit Hold'em get underway on Friday with a guaranteed prize pool of $50,000 up for grabs. Day 1a will see cards get in the air at 10 a.m. while Day 1b kicks off at 6 p.m.

Players will start with 15,000 in chips and play 30-minute blind levels. Late registration and unlimited re-entry are available until the start of Level 9. Players may fire more than one flight with only their largest stack moving forward to Day 2.

There will be another two flights on Saturday at the same times with the surviving field converged on Sunday where they will play down to a winner.

At the 2017 Summer Slam, a total of 520 entries were received. Jeff Roth took home the top honors after multiple deals chopped up the prize pool at the final table. Roth cashed for $8,992 and took home the trophy after play ended four-handed with him in the lead.
