Meyers Cracks Queens

Level 8 : 300/600, 75 ante

After a three-bet to 2,500, Chris Meyers four-bet to 8,300. His opponent quickly moved all in for about 20,000 and Meyers made the call. Meyers was behind with {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}, facing his opponent's {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}.

However, Meyers spiked an ace on the flop of a {3-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{j-Spades} flop to send his opponent to the rail.

[Removed:603] Gets Extra Value on the River

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante

With about 22,000 in the middle and a completed board reading {4-Clubs}{k-Spades}{8-Spades}{j-Hearts}{9-Spades}, [Removed:602] slid out a bet worth 4,500. [Removed:603] was heads-up and after a moment his opponent made the call. [Removed:603] tabled the {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts} for just a pair of kings and his opponent mucked.

Schuster Doubles Through Battaglia

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante

David Battaglia opened to 1,500 from the cutoff finding a caller in Bill Schuster in the small blind. A {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{7-Spades} flop fanned out and Schuster led out with a bet of 2,000. Battaglia raised to 6,000 and Schuster called.

The {2-Spades} landed on the turn and Schuster bet 6,000 which Battaglia called. The {7-Diamonds} completed the board on the river and Schuster checked. Battaglia moved all in, having Schuster covered, and after a short time in the tank, Schuster called.

Battaglia gestured that Schuster was good and he obliged, tabling the {k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}, making the nut flush on the river and Battaglia mucked.

Principino Flops Best

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante
Eric Principino
Eric Principino

With about 17,000 already in the pot and a board reading {a-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs}, a player in early position and Eric Principino, one seat over, checked to the preflop aggressor on the button. The player on the button bet 6,000 getting a call from the player in early position. Principino then shoved having both opponents covered and the player on the button called to put himself at risk.

Eric Principino: {a-Spades}{5-Spades}
Button: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}

Principino had flopped twp pair and they held through the turn and river — {7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} — to score the elimination.
