Salhab Pops the Bubble

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante

We didn't catch the action but on the fifth hand of hand-for-hand play, the bubble has been pooped. Budwey Salhab trapped an opponent with pocket kings and got them to commit the rest of their chips. Salhab's kings held versus an ace-high hand and with that the rest of the field is in the money.

Meyers Shoves on Mancini

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante

There looked to be about 200,000 already piled up in the middle when Chris Meyers checked a {k-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{4-Hearts} flop. His heads-up opponent, Peter Mancini, bet 100,000 only to see Meyers check-shove for 183,500.

"No shame in folding," said Meyers as Mancini sat in the tank. Meyers would eventually see his opponent fold and was pushed a massive pot.

Marcy Jo Phillips: {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}
