The self-declared best player in the tournament Michael Bagdasarov has become the first casualty of the flight and his chips went to Jansen Tiu. Below are the other players who have entered recently at the end of level one.

Four ways with 700 each to the 8♥6♠3♦ flop, it checked to Terje Bratberg and he bet 700 in the cutoff. Jansen Tiu called and the same also applied for William Sarmiento in the small blind.
Sarmiento then led the 7♠ turn for 1,600 to get called twice before also betting the 3♣ river for 6,500. Bratberg called and mucked his 5♠4♠ when Sarmiento revealed the 10♣9♠ for the ten-high straight.

Mikhail Andriukhin had bounced back from the rough start and took a chunk out of the stack of Badrudin Ampatuan, who then earned a double. On a completed board of K♦6♦2♦K♣3♥, Ampatuan jammed the river for 20,600 which by then was two times the pot. Jinhyun Kim eventually called and mucked when he was shown the K♠2♠ for kings full of deuces.

In a five-way pot to the K♥K♦3♦ flop, Badrudin Ampatuan made it 1,000 to go and all four opponents mucked.
Shortly after, William Sarmiento three-bet an open raise of Romi Nagar from 600 to 1,800. Mikhail Andriukhin flat-called in the blinds and Nagar also came along. The J♦10♥5♠ flop was checked to the J♠ turn on which Andriukhin bet 1,000. Only Sarmiento called and then faced a bet of 5,000 on the 8♠ river. Sarmiento raised to 12,000 and Andriukhin folded rather quickly.

Mikhail Andriukhin and Terje Bratberg limped in before Jamie Paulson raised to 1,200 in the big blind, picking up two calls. They checked the K♠10♠6♠ flop to the Q♣ turn on which only Bratberg check-called a bet of 1,000 by Paulson. He did so again for 2,000 on the 9♦ river and his J♦2♦ chopped with the J♥J♠ of Paulson.
