In a four-way limped pot, the action was checked all the way to the 7♠2♣2♦A♦3♥ river. Kielan Kriel checked from the small blind and Stefan Bittger bet 4,000. Braam van Huyssteen from under the gun folded, as did Bradley Sweetman, and Kriel came to the same conclusion.

"I even called out your hand ... how do you call a three-bet with eight three of hearts?" Wesley Blom asked Clive Kikia after he had just been eliminated. That comment must have been referring to a previous hand in which he apparently folded, because Blom's last chips went in post flop with Q♦2♦ versus A♣7♠.
The 7♣7♥2♣8♥4♣ board brought no joy to Blom, but he will certainly try again either today or in one of the other three remaining flights.
Jonathan Hoal tangled with Joe Rahme and the latter defended out of the blinds to check-call the 7♦6♦5♠ flop. On the 7♣ turn, Rahme check-raised and instantly called the shove by Hoal to create a massive pot.

Rahme's turned quads had Hoal drawing dead to make the 10♥ river a formality.
"How do you raise and get all the chips in ... is that in your book?" fellow big stack Jedd Kossew asked with a smirk on the face.
Sheldon Grove was spotted on his way out of the tournament area after his last flip didn't come with the desired result. He was all-in with K♣Q♣ against the 10♥10♦ of Stefan Bittger and failed to catch anything on the 6♠4♠3♥J♠A♣ runout.
On a board of J♣9♣3♥A♦6♠, Richard Barnard bet 12,500 out of the big blind. His sole remaining opponent by then called by flicking in a T-25,000 chip. Barnard tabled the A♥K♣ and that won the pot.
Ben Young opened to 2,000 from an early position and was called only by Dirk Steenkamp in the big blind. Following the 4♦2♦2♠ flop, Steenkamp checked and quickly called a bet worth 2,000 by Young. The same action repeated with the Q♠ turn albeit for 4,000 before the J♣ river was checked by both.
Steenkamp showed the A♠10♠ but Young won the pot with 5♥5♦.
Caleb October bet the Q♦8♠7♠6♠ turn when checked to and was called two ways before the same action repeated on the J♦ river for 5,000. October showed his Q♠10♣ for the top pair and the first opponent mucked. Martin Smit as last caller, however, showed the K♠9♠ for the king-high flush to win the pot.
