Traian Stanciu Eliminated in 2nd Place (€77,000)
Level 34
: Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante
Traian Stanciu moved all in for 4,000,000 from the button and Priamo Carta made the call.
Traian Stanciu: A♦7♥
Priamo Carta: K♣6♣
Stanciu was ahead, but the K♠10♣9♠ flop left him in trouble, and the 10♠ turn and 8♣ river confirmed the approximately 60 hand heads-up battle was over.
Carta turned to hug a friend on the rail and went over to Stanciu for a big hug, the respect between the two obvious. Stanciu can be proud of a fantastic performance.
A recap of the final day will follow shortly.
