Hirose Picks Off the Bluff With Ace High
Level 14
: Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Sarah Cruce opened the action with a raise to 15,000 from the hijack, and was called by the big blind Kenneth Hirose.
Both players checked after the 9♦9♣6♠ flop, and 2♣ turn.
The river was the 8♥ and Hirose checked to Cruce, who bet out 15,000 which was called by Hirose. Cruce tabled K♠Q♥ and Hirose turned over A♦10♥ for ace high, which was good to take the pot.
