Welcome to Event #6: 1M GTD Mystery Bounty. Play gets underway with Day 1a at 11 a.m. and will continue through Day 1b which starts at 5 p.m. Full coverage of Day 1a will jump in around 1 p.m. local time.

Players will start with 40,000 chips for the $1,600 buy-in, levels are 40 minutes in length and each flight will conclude when 12% of the field remains. Registration is open through Level 9.

The mystery bounty format was used in Event #5: $600 Mystery Bounty and was a big hit as the entire Lodge Poker Club got involved and invested when the bounties were drawn. This event will boast even larger bounties as they will range from the $1,000 minimum to the $100,000 mega grand prize. The bounties will not come into play until Day 2 however so Day 1 is a table setter day. There will be eight starting flights through four days

PokerNews will be on hand for this entire exciting tournament so keep it locked here.

Level 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

The flop read {7-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{6-Spades} with four players in the hand. From the big blind, Youn Noh bet 5,000, a player in early position called. Jeremy Bocka shoved all in for about 26,000 from the hijack, Mahesh Rathi folded the small blind. Noh shoved his larger stack which folded out the early position player.

Bocka had the draw with the {j-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} while Noh had two pair with the {10-Clubs}{6-Clubs}.

The turn came the {q-Diamonds} to connect the flush and the river was the {9-Hearts} to confirm a double for Bocka.
