Alejandro Madrigal was the initial preflop raiser in early position, he continued on the flop with a bet of 2,500. Both Maxwell Young in the hijack and Brent Ballentine on the button made the call.
The turn was the and action checked to Madrigal who once again bet, now to 5,000. Young folded but Ballentine once again made the call on the button.
The river fell the . Now heads up, Madrigal bet one final time for 8,000. This time, though, Ballentine wouldn't be calling. He raised to 27,000 and put Madrigal in a tough spot. Eventually, Madrigal let go of his cards and Ballentine scooped the large pot.

Both Aden Salazar and Noel Rodriguez have accumulated quite a lot of chips in the first several levels. Interestingly, they're also both at the same table.
Rodriguez sits in seat nine while Salazar has position on him for most hands in seat three. We'll see how these two early big stacks fair as the levels continue to go up quickly.

Four players saw the flop of . In middle position, Roger Franco was the first one to put chips in the pot post-flop when he bet 2,000 into about 4,000. In the cutoff, Tony Tran decided to go with his hand and go all in for about 16,000.
Everyone folded except Franco who made the call and had Tran covered. Tran showed his . Unfortunately for him, Franco had the for the nightmare set over set.

Action checked to Daniel Marin who made a bet of 5,000. The player on the button folded, but Andrew Esposito began to think. He assembled chips and put in the check-raise to 15,000.
Marin thought for a bit before tossing in the call. Esposito's face looked pained and he said, "good call," before showing his for the missed gutshot. Marin showed for the win.
