The sixth and final flight of Event #9: $800 NLH begins at 5:00 pm here at The Lodge Card Club in beautiful Round Rock, Texas. The first five flights saw 772 entrants battle for a piece of the $750,000 guarantee prize pool that offers excellent value with the chance of an overlay.

Entrants today will be chasing Aden Salazar, who still carries the chip lead from Day 1a with an impressive 722,000 chips.

Players will start with 30,000 in chips and play down to 12% of the field, with those players all making the money and bagging for Day 2. Blinds will be 30-minutes long, and late registration is open until the start of the ninth level.

This is the last Day 1 flight of this tournament and the last chance for hopefuls to find a bag for Day 2, which will begin at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 18th with 40-minute levels.

For those that have already bagged and want the chance to carry a larger stack into Day 2, each additional bag pays $1,200 and players can carry their largest bag into Wednesday.

The PokerNews team will be here reporting all day and the rest of the series, so stay tuned for updates and follow along with all the action.
