The Day 1d flight now has reached 120 total registrants and there is still over an hour left in the late registration period to pump that number up.

Chips Flying on Table 31

Level 6 : 300/600, 600 ante

Thierry Quintin opened from under the gun, Raymond Brint called in middle position, and Benjamin Moschel three-bet to 4,500. Matthew Cosentino called in the cutoff, Quintin and Brint both followed.

The dealer spread out {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{3-Spades} on the flop and the action checked to Moschel who bet 6,000. Brint was the lone caller to se a turn, having the {10-Hearts} fall.

Both checked through to the {8-Spades} where two more taps brought a showdown. Brint tabled {a-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for a pair of rockets and Moschel mucked, shipping the healthy-sized pot to Brint who was last seen firing in some chips.

The Lodge Championship Series has seen Collin Ball, Andrew Robinson, and Matthew Cosentino regularly throughout the events thus far and they are here as usual taking a seat.

Thierry Quintin showed up in the $1,600 Mystery Bounty and broke the heart of every player there on Day 2. On the second level of play he ripped open two envelopes, the second contained the top prize of $100,000 which left him speechless.

Two bigger names to take a seat are Dejuante Alexander and Adam Hendrix who both have just under $3 million in tournament earnings. Keep an eye on each as the series unfolds right here at The Lodge Poker Club in Round Rock, Texas.

Hockey Sticks Slash Harrison's Stack

Level 4 : 200/300, 300 ante

The full board of {6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} was face up. Micah Harrison bet 2,300 and Sergio Rejas shoved all in, totaling 11,200.

Harrison thought for a moment but ultimately, he called and tabled {k-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for a missed flush but rivered straight. Rejas had better, flipping over {7-Spades}{7-Hearts} to pull in a double with a boat.

Rabinowitz Throws in a Side Step

Level 4 : 200/300, 300 ante

Ryan Riske opened to 500 from the cutoff. Darren Rabinowitz called and Sergiu Cornea stuck around from the binds, bringing a {j-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{4-Hearts} flop to the felt.

The action checked to Riske, he bet 600 and Rabinowitz called. Cornea then check-raised to 2,000 and Riske fled the scene. Rabinowitz however, stuck around to see the {a-Diamonds} turn.

A swift tap by Rabinowitz and Cornea bet 2,500. The bet became a raise when Rabinowitz bumped it up to 8,000. Cornea threw his hand into the muck, shipping the pot to Rabinowitz.
