The fifth flight of Event #9: $800 NLH will begin at 11 a.m local time here at The Lodge Poker Club in Round Rock, TX. This event sports a large $750,000 guarantee with a $800 buy-in.
So far there have been 486 entries across the first four starting flights and 51 of those players remain for Day 2. The runners in Day 1e will be aiming to join those 51 as they will need to finish within the top 12% to do so. All will be targeting Aden Salazar, who bagged the largest stack so far with 722,000 in Day 1a.
All players will start the day with 30,000 in chips and play will not halt on Day 1 until just 12% percent of the field is left, all making the money for the start of Day 2. Blinds will be 30-minutes in length, having a 15-minute break after every four levels of play and the late registration period will remain open until the beginning of Level 9.
This is the penultimate flight of this event, as Day 1f is the last one remaining, which will start at 5 p.m.
