Li Doubles to Leave Du With Crumbs

Level 3 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Ti Zhou limped from middle position and Yinju Li raised to 1,500 from the small blind. Honghao Du made it 3,600 to go from the big blind, which got a fold from Zhou, but a shove from Li for 24,300. Du called, having Li slightly covered, and a showdown was held.

It was a race, but the A2KJ5 runout favored Li, who doubled through Du with his two pair.

Du was left short after the hand and was eliminated shortly thereafter.

Heads-up on a flop of AK10, Yinmei Pan led out for a bet of 1,000 from the big blind and was called by Yongbin Wang, who was in the hijack.

The 5 fell on the turn and Pan tanked a while before increasing her wager to 2,000. Wang again called.

Pan keep her foot on the gas and put 1,000 into the middle after the 4 completed the board and Wang looked her up.

Pan tabled A10 for a flopped two pair and Wang sent her hand into the muck.

Ti Zhou and Weidong Cheung were heads up on a flop of 3810 with around 1,000 already in the middle. Zhou checked from the small blind and Cheung bet 400. Zhou check-raised to 1,200 and Cheung quickly went all in for his last few thousand. Zhou tanked a bit before calling and hands were revealed.

Cheung was in rough shape with his pair of eights against Zhou's pair of tens, and the KK runout got a, "Yes! Full house!" from Zhou as he was sent the rest of Cheung's chips.

Chao Tang opened to 200 from under the gun and was called by Boxin Jin in the small blind and Yi Wang in the big blind.

Action checked through on the 295 flop and it was checked to Tang, who bet 300 on the Q turn. Jin responded with a check-raise to 1,100, which got a fold from Wang and a call from Tang.

The 8 completed the board and Jin fired 1,600 into the middle. Tang looked him up and Jin tabled 55 for a set of fives. Tang couldn't beat it and mucked — conceding the pot to Jin.
