Gierse checked to Black, who continued for 3,000 on the 2♥2♣3♦ flop. Gierse then check-raised to 8,000 and Black called.

Black called a 10,000 bet from Gierse on the 4♥ turn and then bet 10,000 himself after being checked to on the Q♦ river.

Gierse laid his hand down and Black added to his stack.
