Fangui Zeng lost almost all of his chips with 9♦9♣ against Q♥J♠ when his opponent Yu Zheng turned quad on the J♦J♣8♥J♥10♠ board.
Forced all-in with a single chip and the J♠6♠, he was up against the A♠10♣ of William Jia. The A♦8♣6♣5♥8♦ board ended the wild ride of Zeng.
On the outer tables, Stephen Song ripped preflop with 7♣4♣ out of the small blind and Kaihua Liu called with the K♠9♦. The A♣K♥Q♥ flop made it a tough task for Song to get there and no miracle upset came on the 5♥ turn as well as 10♥ river, as Liu doubled for 176,000.

Over on the outer tables, Dong Chen lost a pot when he made a move against table neighbour Gailiang Chen as they then checked down the J♥7♦3♠7♣K♦ river. Chen only had 5♠3♥ and his opponent won with the Q♣Q♦.
Soon after, the WSOP bracelet winner got it in with the 3♠3♥ only for Xian Xiao to snap him off holding the J♦J♠. The J♣10♠7♠8♠2♦ board left Chen drawing dead on the turn.

Former big stack Wenlong Duan had lost half of his stack and then busted, as did several other players as the field was suddenly down to the final three tables. With the live stream ongoing, the tournament staff paused the action to move all players still in contention closer to the steam table setup.
No longer in contention are Lucy Li, Lei Yu, Qun Dang and Kinda Xie. Changdong Ren was also out after leaving the feature table on fumes not long ago.
