Early into the new level, Qun Dang tangled with Wei Liu and check-called the Q85 flop for 6,000. He then checked the K turn and instantly called the shove by Liu to get shown the 88 for a flopped set of eights.

Dang was depleted for a moment as he held KQ for the turned top two pair, but the relief came with the K river for the superior full house.

After defending out of the big blind, Kinda Xie tried to knock out Yang Hu when they got it in after the 7657 turn with Hu at risk for 19,400.

Xie needed a club to score the knockout but the 6 on the river further improved Hu to a full house instead.

Xi Peng vividly demanded for an ace when he had looked up Yiyu Zhou for 23,800 with AK versus KK. The board came J6433 and the kings held for Zhou to earn the double in what appears to be a very frantic period after the first break.
