Yu Chen got it in with the A5 but had a kicker problem against the AK of Changdong Ren. That issue was never solved on the QJ844 runout and Chen departed.

Moments later, Hongjia Zhang also headed to the payout desk after sending his stack over to Quan Zhou.

Jin Shows the Best Ace

Chen Shen opened to 10,000 from the hijack and was called by Boxin Jin in the small blind for a heads-up pot.

Jin led out for 12,000 on K85 flop and Shen called.

The A fell on the turn and Jin slowed down and checked, prompting a 25,000 bet from Shen. Jin called.

Both players checked on the 6 river and Shen turned over A10 for a turned pair of aces. Jin then revealed AJ for aces with a better kicker and was awarded the pot.
