Gierse started with a check and Sorrentino checked it back to the J♥ on the turn. Gierse checked again and Sorrentino tossed in a pot-sized bet of 30,000. Gierse called and the 9♦ completed the board. Gierse checked for the third time and Sorrentino checked it back. Gierse turned over A♠A♦ and Sorrentino was unable to beat it.
