A player bet 1,100 from the big blind after a 
flop and was called by both Brian Zupancich and Adam Lamphere. On the 
turn, Zupancich bet 2,100 after a check and Lamphere raised to 5,000. The third player folded, and Zupancich pushed all in. Lamphere quickly mucked.
