Clock Called on Lauson

Level 27 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

In one of the longest hands of the tournament, Colin Eric Lovelock opened for 110,000 and Travis Lauson called from the button. The flop came {q-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and Lauson called 170,000. Lovelock checked the {2-Diamonds} and Lauson bet 225,000. Lovelock thought a long time before pushing all in.

"What a brilliant f****** ploy," Lauson said.

He tanked for a few minutes himself before Rob Wazwaz called a clock. With the seconds ticking down, Lauson asked if Lovelock had {k-Diamonds}{q-}. He then folded.

Lovelock showed the {k-Diamonds}.
