Rock Finds a Double

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Ben Rock went all in from the hijack and action folded around to the small blind, who asked for a count. The number was totaled to be 12,600 and a call was announced.

Ben Rock: {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}
Small Blind: {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}

Rock was way out in front and improved from there as the flop fell {9-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{2-Clubs} to give him top pair, top kicker. He then found himself needing to fade running jacks or running Broadway cards, and the turn {j-Spades} gave him a sweat at a two outer on the river. However, the river {4-Hearts} was clean and he held to secure the double.
