Since its inception in 2009, the MSPT has done a great job keeping track of player stats. As a result, 12 years on they have one of the best player databases in the industry.

On their "Leaderboards" page, the MSPT tracks such things as Career Earnings, Main Event Cashes, Main Event Final Tables, Main Event Titles, Total Cashes, Most Cashes/Final Tables in a Season, Most Final Tables All-Time, and much more.

Daniel Mason Wins the Flip

Level 13 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

A player was all in preflop for their last 29,000 and racing against Daniel Mason.

Daniel Mason: {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}
Opponent: {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}

Mason was out in front and stayed there when the board ran out a lowly {9-Spades}{8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{3-Spades}{4-Diamonds}.

Meanwhile, Minnesota's Alex Winter was eliminated from the tournament, which means just three tables remain on Day 1a.

A Seven from Heaven for Winter

Level 12 : 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante

After the under-the-gun player limped, Alex Winter raised all in for 24,000. The player on the button then three-bet jammed, both blinds folded, and the UTG limper called off for around 50,000.

Alex Winter: {7-Diamonds}{7-Spades}
Button: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}
UTG: {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}

The {3-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} flop paired the button and Winter got out of his seat ready to leave. That is when the dealer burned and turned the {7-Hearts}.

"Oh, that's a good card," said Winter as he sat back down. Indeed, he shipped the triple after the {5-Diamonds} river improved him to a full house. Meanwhile, the player on the button collect the small side pot to eliminate the UTG player.

The River Favors Winter

Level 12 : 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante

Minnesota's Alex Winter moved his last 10,000 all in from middle position and the player in the big blind called.

Alex Winter: {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts}
Big Blind: {a-Spades}{7-Hearts}

Neither the {5-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} flop nor {3-Spades} turn helped Winter, but the {k-Diamonds} river was just what he needed to extend his tournament life.

Salazar vs. Reyes-Purpero

Level 12 : 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante

After the under-the-gun player raised to 7,000, Tai Reyes-Purpero three-bet all in for 26,000 next to act. Michael Salazar then jammed for roughly 40,000 from the hijack and action folded back to the original raiser, who got out of the way.

Tai Reyes-Purpero: {j-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Michael Salazar: {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}

Reyes-Purpero was in bad shape and never caught up as the board ran out a lackluster {6-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{8-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}.
