Philip Bruning Takes It on the River

Level 3 : 200/300, 300 ante

MSPT champ Steve Wilkie raised to 800 from the hijack and Seth Krasne called from the small blind. Philip Bruning, who finished eighth in last weekend's $360 Regional Event, came along from the big blind and it was three-way action to a flop of {q-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{10-Spades}.

All three players checked and that brought about the {k-Hearts} on the turn.

Krasne led out for a bet of 1,100 and Bruning raised it to 3,600. That got Wilkie out of the hand but Krasne called to see the {7-Diamonds} river.

Krasne checked and Bruning bet 7,500. That sent Krasne into the tank for a solid two minutes before he released his hand.
