Davison Fills Up and Gets Paid

Level 6 : 300/600, 600 ante

After an initial 600 raise with two callers, the small blind layer three-bet to 3,000 and only Paul Davison called from the hijack.

The {3-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} flop saw the small blind continue for 2,500 and Davison called bringing the {6-Spades} turn.

Both Players checked and the {9-Clubs} completed the board on the river.

The small blind led out for 3,000 and then called 13,000 raise from Davison.

Davison quicky showed {9-Spades}{7-Spades} to win the pot with a full house.

Craig Welko

Craig Welko raised to 2,000 from the hijack and found two callers that saw a {5-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop.

Action was checked around by all three players and the {a-Diamonds} fell on the turn. Welko check-called the 3,000 bet from the button and action went heads-up to the {10-Clubs} river.

Both players checked and tabled their hands. The button showed {a-Hearts}{q-Spades} for top pair but it was no good as Welko held big slick {a-Spades}{k-Hearts} to win the pot.
