Queens Are Good for Melander

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Kitkat Klassen raised to 1,000 under the gun and then called a 2,500 three-bet Todd Melander made from the button.

The {2-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{5-Spades} flop saw Klassen check-call a 2,000 continuation bet from Melander, and the {5-Diamonds} turn was checked by both players to the {3-Spades} river.

Klassen led out for 6,200 and Melander snap called. Klassen rolled over {a-Spades}{10-Spades} but it was no good as Melander showed {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} to win the pot.

Havlish Fills Up to Double Through Regan

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Max Havlish
Max Havlish

There was heads-up action between Max Havlish from under the gun and Russ Regan from the cutoff after a {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop.

Havlish check-jammed for 11,700 after Regan fired out 1,000 and Regan called.

Max Havlish: {2-Spades}{2-Clubs}
Russ Regan: {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}

Havlish flopped a set of deuces but didn't like seeing Regan already held the flush.

The {k-Hearts} turn didn't improve Havlish, but the {a-Diamonds} river did, as it paired the board to improve his hand to full house and secured his double-up.

Dinhs Set is Better, Doubles Through Willems

Level 5 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

There was three-way action after a {5-Spades}{3-Clubs}{q-Hearts} flop and Robert Willems led out for 1,100 from the big blind.

Thai Dinh called from the hijack while Jay Philips raised to 3,200 from the button. Willems called as did Dinh, and the {6-Clubs} fell on the turn.

Willems led out for 10,000 and Dinh raised all in for 11,300. Philips quickly mucked her hand while Willems called and the two players tabled their hands.

Thai Dinh: {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs}
Robert Willems: {3-Spades}{3-Diamonds}

Both players flopped a set but Dinh held the better one and the {8-Hearts} river secured his double-up.
