Leese Uses Better Kicker to Drag Big Pot

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
David Leese
David Leese

There was already about 20,000 in the middle on the {2-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{6-Spades}{6-Hearts} river and David Leese was facing a bet of 6,600.

Leese thought for a moment and then tossed in a calling chip. His opponent showed {a-}{5-} for aces and sixes with an eight kicker, but Leese had that beat with {a-}{10-} for aces and sixes with a ten kicker.

With that pot, he moves up past 50,000 as Level 4 begins.
