Psarras Busts to Chin

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

George Psarras raised to 900 and picked up three callers including Shivan Abdine, Andrian Chin in the small blind and the big blind. On the {k-Hearts}{8-Spades}{2-Spades} flop, only Chin check-called a bet of 1,300 and did so again for 2,000 on the {9-Clubs} turn.

Psarras had 3,500 behind and jammed them in after Chin had checked the {5-Hearts} river. Chin made the call and Psarras nodded "you win" then showed {6-Spades}{3-Clubs}.

"Did you call with a nine?" Psarras inquired and was shown the {a-Spades}{7-Diamonds} for ace-seven high.

Nguyen Shoves on Ali

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante
Mohamed Ali
Mohamed Ali

Minh Nguyen raised to 900 from the button and Mohamed Ali three-bet to 2,000 in the small blind. The big blind folded and Nguyen called.

The flop came {7-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{9-Clubs}, Ali check-called the 2,800 continuation-bet of Nguyen.

They both checked through the {k-Diamonds} on the turn to the {6-Clubs} on the river. Ali checked for the last time. Nguyen shoved which sent Ali into the tank. He shook his head several times while thinking it through, after a while, he asked for a count and the dealer confirmed Nguyen had 16,975 behind. Ali took some more time and then reluctantly folded.

Yazbeck Takes Out Graham

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante
Connie Graham
Connie Graham

The board read {a-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} when Connie Graham shoved from the big blind and Mark Yazbeck called from under the gun with the bigger stack. Graham's {k-}{q-} for the rivered pair of queens couldn't beat the {k-}{k-} of Yazbeck as he held the overpair.

Jabbour Binks the River

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

With 7,800 in the middle and the turn showing {10-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{3-Clubs}, Sayed Jabbour was all in for 9,050 out of the big blind and his sole remaining opponent was big stack Daniel Lo on the button.

Lo eventually called and Jabbour tabled {j-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} for nines and treys. Lo was ahead with his {q-Spades}{10-Spades}, but the {j-Spades} river improved Jabbour to the superior two pair.
