Rui Cao open-shoved twice to claim the blinds and antes. In the second hand, it folded around to Wai Kin Yong and the defending Triton Super High Roller Series Manila Main Event champion squeezed his second card after the first one was a spade face card. It was a deuce however, and the crowd walked back with a boo.
Over on table one, Mustapha Kanit faced a raise to 13,000 by Daniel Colman. Kanit three-bet to 40,000 on the button and Colman asked him "how much do you play? like 280?" to which Kanit replied "I think more than that, I am crushing." Colman then reraised to 90,000 and let go when Kanit went over the top.
