Lamb Sends Yong to the Rail in a Gigantic Pot
Ben Lamb raised to 155,000 under the gun, earning call from his neighbor Wai Kin Yong. Nick Schulman came along from the button.
The 
flop was an entertaining one with Lamb holding 
while Yong hit a flush draw with 
. Schulman flopped a double-gutter with 
but Lamb's bet of 215,000 was called only by Yong.
The 
was a juicy card. Lamb made top two and Yong picked up two-way straight draw in addition to his flush draw. Lamb checked, Yong fired 450,000 and Lamb shoved on him. Yong called for the rest of his chips, creating more than a 3.5 million pot.
Lamb dodged all bad cards on the river as the 
sealed the win for him. Yong, who started the final day with a big chip lead, walked away two places shy of the paid positions while Lamb increased his stack to a massive 4.7 million.
The final eight players were redrawn for the final table and took a short break before the play on the bubble started.
