Kee Hits Superior Flush

Level 2 : 0/0, 1,000 ante

Mikita Badziakouski limped in the cutoff with {K-Hearts}{6-Spades} and Kenneth Kee checked his options with {A-Spades}{7-Hearts}.

The {7-Spades}{10-Spades}{K-Spades} gave Badziakouski a top pair and a flush draw while Kee had the nut flush draw. Badziakouski check-called 2,000 and the {8-Spades} turn filled both players' draws.

The betting round was checked and the {6-Clubs} completed the board. Badziakouski checked to Kee who fired a small bet of 3,000. Badziakouski threw in calling chips and smiled when he saw Kee turn over the ace-high flush.

Lamb Picking Up Quickly, Gets a Bluff Through

Level 2 : 0/0, 1,000 ante

Kenneth Kee limped under the gun with {A-Clubs}{6-Clubs} Ben Lamb called from the hijack with {8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} while Yong called as well with {J-Clubs}{9-Spades}. Badziakouski was on the button with {J-Diamonds}{8-Spades} and checked his option.

The flop was {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and all four players checked.

The turn was the {A-Diamonds} and Kee put out a bet of 2,000 while Lamb raised to 10,000. Everyone else folded and action was back on Kee. He thought for a bit then folded and Lamb took down the pot.

Lamb is off to a quick start in one of his first short deck ante only tournaments ever, picking up the game relatively quickly.

Badziakouski Forces Out Lamb

Level 2 : 0/0, 1,000 ante

Mikita Badziakouski raised to 7,000 in the first position and Ben Lamb called in the cutoff. Button Wai Kin Yong came along and they saw the {K-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{J-Spades} hit the felt. Badziakouski continued for 6,000 and only Lamb stuck around, calling.

The {K-Diamonds} landed on the turn and Badziakouski barreled for 17,000. He had only {A-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} and Lamb held the same hand, peeling {A-Spades}{10-Diamonds}. Lamb couldn't find a way to continue to the river and gave up.

Chopped Pot With Two Houses

Level 2 : 0/0, 1,000 ante

From the small blind, Ben Lamb limped in. Was Kin Yong was in the hijack and he called. Mikita Badziakouski called in the cutoff and Kenneth Kee checked on the button.

The flop was {A-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts} and action checked around.

The turn was the {Q-Clubs} and now Lamb led out with a bet of 4,000. Yong called as did Badziakouski while Kee folded.

The river was the {8-Spades} and Lamb checked. Yong checked as well. Badziakouski tanked for a bit, then checked as well. Yong showed down his {A-Hearts}{7-Hearts} for a full house while Badziakouski showed {A-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} to take down half the pot. Lamb was holding a full house as well with {7-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} but it was no good.

Lamb Flops Broadway

Level 2 : 0/0, 1,000 ante

Ben Lamb limped in the hijack with {K-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}, Wai Kin Yong overcalled with {A-Clubs}{8-Clubs} and Mikita Badziakouski checked his {Q-Spades}{9-Spades} on the button. They went to the {J-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{A-Diamonds} flop and Lamb let Yong fire 4,000. Badziakouski called and so did Lamb.

Lamb checked the nuts again on the {6-Clubs} turn and Yong bet 16,000. Badziakouski called and Lamb woke up with a check-shove for 94,000. Yong spent around a minute processing his decision and then folded. Badziakouski gave up and Lamb raked in the pot.

"I'm hooked!" Lamb said.

First Pot Goes to Chan with a Bluff

Level 2 : 0/0, 1,000 ante

Action kicked off with four limps to the button and Mikita Badziakouski was on the button and he checked his option.

The flop was {7-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} and Yee Leow Seng led out with a bet of 6,000. Wai Leong Chan then raised to 20,000. Everyone folded back to Seng who folded as well and Chan took down the pot with his raise.

From the stream, Chan was holding {A-Spades}{9-Spades} for a gutshot straight draw, while Leow was stabbing at the pot with {J-Spades}{9-Clubs} for no pair, no draw.
