Level 10 : 0/0, 10,000 ante
Elton Tsang
Elton Tsang

Just when the all in showdowns had slowed down, another three-way all in took place over on the outer tables.

Romain Arnaud was all in with the {Q-Clubs}{J-Clubs} and Elton Tsang got it in with {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}. Tom Dwan looked them both up with the superior stack and turned over {Q-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}. The board came {Q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{9-Clubs} and Dwan knocked out both opponents.

Down to 19 Players

Level 10 : 0/0, 10,000 ante

Richard Yong and Gabe Patgorski are nowhere to be found anymore and Wai Kin Yong was reduced to a miracle only.

He was in a three-way all in with the {Q-Hearts}{J-Spades} against the {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts} of Winfred Yu and the {8-Clubs}{7-Hearts} of big stack Marius Torbergsen. The board came {J-Diamonds}c9d6cQs] and Yu tripled for 530,000. Yong then more than doubled and remained in contention.

Dan Cates
Dan Cates

Over on the feature table, Dan Cates and Mikhail Smirnov were all in and at risk.

Mikhail Smirnov: {A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}
Dan Cates: {A-Hearts}{Q-Spades}
Hau Lim Chan: {K-Spades}{J-Spades}

The {K-Hearts}{8-Spades}{7-Hearts} flop gave Chan some outs, and he indeed got there on the {6-Clubs} turn and {J-Diamonds} river run out.

A Hand Without All In Showdown

Level 10 : 0/0, 10,000 ante

Hui Ping Wan and Mikita Badziakouski busted within quick succession, while Marius Torbergsen shot back above three million before his table broke. And, there was even a hand without an all in showdown between Romain Arnaud and Thomas Goldstein.

Arnaud bet the {K-Spades}{10-Clubs}{6-Spades} flop for 45,000 first to act and Goldstein called from one seat over. On the {7-Spades} turn both players checkd and Arnaud bet the {7-Diamonds} river for 275,000 to force a fold.

The first player to bust after the end of the registration period was Yaqi Sun, who shoved for 148,000 with the {10-Hearts}{6-Clubs} and was called by Jason Koon with the {10-Clubs}{9-Spades}. The board came {K-Hearts}{J-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} and Koon claimed the pot.

Alan Sass was all in with the {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades} and Hui Ping Wan made a straight with the {A-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}, Marius Torbergsen's hand ended up third best on a king-jack high board.

Andrew Robl made quads with {A-Hearts}{10-Hearts} against the {9-Clubs}{7-Clubs} of Torbergsen, the board came {Q-Hearts}{10-Spades}{7-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}.

Bryn Kenney played two hands of Short Deck Ante Only, he folded the first as Patrik Antonius got it in with {A-Diamonds}{J-Spades} and lost to {K-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}. Then, Kenney moved tables and jammed {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} into the {K-Clubs}{J-Hearts} of {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{8-Spades}{J-Clubs}{6-Spades} and that was it for Kenney.

First Break of the Day

Level 9 : 0/0, 8,000 ante

It is difficult to sum up in words just how crazy the action has been over the last two hours, and especially the last level to register, but right now there is silence in the tournament area. That's mainly due to the fact that the players have been sent into the first 10-minute break and the registration will close when the cards get back in the air.

Right now there are 93 entries according to the screens!!!
