Phua Takes From Cates

Paul Phua raised to 205,000 from the cutoff with {k-Spades}{4-Spades} before Daniel Cates three-bet to 400,000 from the button with {a-Hearts}{8-Hearts}.

Phua called, and the flop fell {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}. Both players checked, and the {q-Hearts} hit the turn.

The action went check-check again, and the {10-Clubs} hit the river.

Phua had found the straight and bet 500,000 into the 1,000,000 pot.

Cates thought for a minute but opted to fold his top pair, and Phua won the pot.

Soyza check-called a bet of 150,000 from Zhang and a {2-Clubs} hit the felt on the turn. Both players checked, an {8-Clubs} completed the board and Soyza bet 300,000.

Zhang called with his king-high, beating the queen-high of Soyza with a beautiful read.

Greenwood Doubles Through Chidwick

Stephen Chidwick raised to 200,000 from the cutoff with {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts} and Sam Greenwood three-bet to 2,400,000 from the small blind with {8-Clubs}{8-Spades}.

Chidwick moved all in for 4,700,000 and Greenwood put his final 75,000 into the middle.

The board fell {j-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{10-Spades}{4-Spades}{k-Spades}, and Greenwood secured the double at Chidwick's expense.

The {8-Clubs} river missed the partypoker pro completely and Heath took down the pot, eliminating Haxton from the tournament.

The dealer spread {k-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{3-Spades} out on the flop, Soyza checked to Eibinger who bet 255,000 and Soyza called. A {6-Hearts} landed on the turn, Soyza checked and Eibinger moved all in for 1,525,000. Soyza snap-called and the players turned over their hands.

Greenwood Doubles Through Jiang

Sam Greenwood raised all in for 1,245,000 from the cutoff with {6-Hearts}{6-Spades}, and Sosia Jiang called from the small blind holding {a-Diamonds}{9-Spades} with 1,500,000 behind.

Greenwood held his lead on the {k-Hearts}{4-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop, and the {4-Hearts} turn also fell in his favor.

Greenwood's double up was secured when the {j-Spades} was revealed on the river, and Jiang was left with just 270,000.
