Welcome to the Inaugural 2025 Triton ONE Jeju Main Event

Triton One Feature Table
Triton One Feature Table

Since 2016, Triton Poker went on a journey to become the most-distinguished high-stakes live poker operator in the world and regularly attracts some of the biggest names among the card sharks for the Triton Poker Super High Roller Series. They are now embarking on a new journey and launched a new lower-stakes circuit to attract up and coming poker enthusiasts and the first stop of the brand new Triton ONE is currently taking place during the 2025 Triton Poker Series Jeju.

From September 2 to 8, 2025, poker players from near and far will be joining the action at the lavish Landing Casino inside of the five-star Jeju Shinhwa World complex and the start of the new venture has been a stunning success. In the lowest-ever buy-in for a Triton Poker Event, the $3,000 price tag for Event #1 QQPK Genesis attracted an enormous field of 1,185 entries for a prize pool of nearly $3.2 million and the final eight players will return at noon local time to play down to the winner.

That's also when the cards are expected to be in the air for the flagship tournament of the first-ever Triton ONE stop as the $8,000 Triton ONE Main Event is scheduled to kick off at noon as well with the first of two starting days. All players receive 250,000 in chips and start their journey with 250 big blinds at 500-1,000 with a big blind ante of 1,000.

Each of today's participants will hope to reach the end of level 15 tonight as that will be the time for bagging and tagging near midnight local time. With a level duration of 40 minutes each, there will be a break every three levels and a 45-minute dinner break after the end of level nine. The registration closes at the end of level ten by which the blinds conclude at 5,000-10,000 with a big blind ante of 10,000.

Until then, the cards and chips will be flying for what promises to be an incredibly exciting day with a mix of aspiring young players, well-known top pros and recreationals hoping to showcase their talents on the biggest of stages in the world of high-stakes poker. It is the start of a new era for Triton Poker and all participants will benefit from the high-class environment that has been formed within nearly a decade to make the brand one of the pillars of the industry.

The PokerNews live reporting team will be on the floor for the entire duration of the inaugural $8,000 Triton ONE Main Event to provide all of the action until a winner has been crowned here on Jeju Island in South Korea.
