Danesh Zargaran opened his button to 25,000, receiving calls from Gianna Avdic Mcintire and Stefan Ionita in the blinds.
It checked to Zargaran on the 7♦7♠8♥ flop, and he continued for 50,000. Avdic Mcintire called, but Ionita had other plans and raised to 155,000. Zargaran had seen enough and folded before Avdic Mcintire called.
Avdic Mcintire checked the 10♣ turn to Ionita, who piled in 260,000 additional chips. Avdic Mcintire then raised to 625,000, Ionita three-bet shoved for 945,000, and Avdic Mcintire called with the covering stack.
Stefan Ionita: 9♠6♥
Gianna Avdic Mcintire: J♥7♥
Ionita was ahead with his turned straight, but Avdic Mcintire rivered the winner by filling up on the 10♠ river. The gargantuan pot was shipped to her, while former big stack Ionita was sent to the exit empty-handed.
