Xu Yang raised to 600,000 from under the gun with J♠9♠ and was called by Gytis Lazauninkas in the hijack with A♥Q♦ and Nick Schulman in the big blind holding K♠Q♠.
Schulman checked to Yang, who continued for 500,000 on the 2♦9♣4♠ flop. Lazauninkas called and Schulman got out of the way.
Yang barreled for 900,000 on the 8♠ turn and Lazauninkas let his hand go.
On the next hand, Isaac Haxton raised to 600,000 from the cutoff with A♠4♦ and Yang defended his big blind with 10♣4♠.
Both players checked on the 8♣7♣8♦ flop, but Haxton let his hand go facing an 800,000 bet from Yang on the 9♣ turn.
