Dimsa Bad Beats Boulton for the Double

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Rickie Vedhara raised to 100,000 and Alexios Zervos then jammed from the next seat. The action folded around and Zervos tabled the {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} when Vedhara had mucked as well.

Everyone on the table bolted out of their seats because there was an all-in and call on the other table.

Joshua Boulton had raised to 100,000 from under the gun and Kully Sidhu three-bet to 300,000 from one seat over. Lukas Dimsa four-bet jammed for 1,025,000 in the big blind and Boulton reshoved to force out Sidhu.

Lukas Dimsa: {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Joshua Boulton: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}

Boulton was about to dim the lights for the final table with the suited ace king but the {j-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{4-Spades}{q-Clubs}{9-Spades} board improved Dimsa to a pair of queens.

Boci Four-Bets Successfully

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Antoine Saout raised to 100,000 in the cutoff and Rickie Vedhara three-bet to 250,000 on the button after eyeballing the stack on the other side of the dealer. Lorenc Boci pondered about his move in the big blind and then four-bet to 1,110,000 for most of his chips.

Saout quickly folded and Vedhara also let go.

Sidhu and Hao on the Rise

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Dongze Hao once more chipped up without showdown.

Up next, Lukas Dimsa raised to 100,000 and was called by James Rann on the button and Kully Sidhu in the big blind. They checked the {q-Hearts}{10-Spades}{6-Clubs} flop and Sidhu then bet the {4-Spades} turn for 175,000, forcing a fold from Dimsa and earning a call from Rann.

Sidhu bet the {2-Hearts} river for 275,000 and Rann folded to get shown the {q-Diamonds}.

Dongze Hao Eliminated in 10th Place (£8,520)

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Dongze Hao
Dongze Hao

Dongze Hao faced a button raise to 100,000 by Joshua Boulton and the call of Kully Sidhu in the small blind. He three-bet to 450,000 in the big blind and Boulton took one minute before calling, Sidhu quickly released his cards into the muck.

The flop came {a-Clubs}{j-Spades}{4-Diamonds} and Hao opted to check. Boulton then bet 120,000 and the check-shove by Hao followed within some ten seconds. Almost instantly, Boulton sighed and asked for a count.

The shove by Hao was for 1,495,000 and Boulton mulled over it for a minute to then make the call. There was no showdown yet as they waited for the other table to finish and Hao already admitted that he was behind as Boulton's cards were briefly exposed.

Dongze Hao: {9-Spades}{8-Spades}
Joshua Boulton: {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}

The {3-Hearts} on the turn sealed Hao's fate and the {6-Clubs} river became a mere formality. All nine remaining players will now take a short break before redrawing to the final table.

In the very first hand on the final table, Antoine Saout open-jammed in the cutoff for the last 640,000 and was instantly called by Rickie Vedhara in the big blind.

Antoine Saout: {a-Spades}{7-Spades}
Rickie Vedhara: {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}

The {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{j-Clubs} flop and {9-Hearts} turn had some counterfeit potential but the {q-Hearts} river gave Vedhara the full house and sent Saout to the rail in 9th place for £11,028.

Rann Runs Up a Profit

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Julien Sitbon won a small pot against Rickie Vedhara when he defended the big blind and his {k-Clubs}{5-Clubs} was the best hand on a checked through {a-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{2-Spades}{2-Hearts}{6-Spades} river.

He then limped in from the small blind and Lukas Dimsa raised to 200,000, earning a fold from the Frenchman.

Sitbon raised to 100,000 soon thereafter and folded near instantly when James Rann moved all-in.

Dimsa raised to 100,000 next and Rann three-bet on the button to claim the next pot.

Zervos Gets Some Value From Vedhara

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

In a limped pot between Rickie Vedhara out of the small blind and Alexios Zervos in the big blind, a small bet and call went in after the {6-Hearts}{5-Spades}{2-Spades} flop. Vedhara checked the {10-Hearts} turn and then called a bet worth 185,000 by Zervos.

The {8-Spades} on the river was knuckled back by Zervos, who rolled over the {6-Spades}{2-Clubs} for two pair. Once Vedhara flashed his cards, Zervos gasped as the {j-Spades}{j-Clubs} were exposed.

"I guess I missed some value there on the river," he added in table chat.

Boulton Wins Showdown Pot Against Dimsa

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Lukas Dimsa raised the button to 100,000 and received a call by chip leader Joshua Boulton in the big blind. The {q-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{4-Spades} flop was checked by Boulton, who subsequently called a bet worth 75,000 by Dimsa.

The {9-Hearts} on the turn was checked and Boulton bet the {4-Hearts} river for 125,000. Dimsa gave it brief consideration and made the call but mucked once Boulton revealed the {a-Diamonds}{7-Spades} for sevens and fours.
